GreenArk Soothe

Support for normal skin and coat health with herbs such as Chamomile, Burdock and Cleavers. A blend to use in dogs with a tendency to over-heat, and those prone to irritated skin and allergies.

Composition: Nettle, Dandelion, Liquorice, Chamomile, Milk thistle, Ashwagandha, Burdock, Cleavers

Nettle leaves (Urtica dioica) – Anti-inflammatory, diuretic, nutritive, antidiarrhoeal, high levels of flavonoids. Shown in studies to aid in arthritis treatment, allergies and renal disease.
Dandelion (taraxacum officinale) – Diuretic, cholagogue (improves bile function and flow), digestive tonic.
Cleavers (Gallium aparine) – Lymphatic, mildly diuretic, mildly astringent, anti-inflammatory, aperient, used to terat psoriasis in humans.
Burdock (Articum lappa) – Depurative, mild laxative, antioxidant, anticancer, antiseptic, alterative, anti-allergy.
Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) – Hepatoprotective, demulcent, cholagogue, antioxidant, potentially anticancer. Used for treatment of hepatic disease including toxic insult.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) -Tonic, adaptogen, nervine, sedative, anti-inflammatory, anodyne (pain relieving), immunomodulatory, antioxidant, thyroid modulating, chemoprotective.
Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – anti-inflammatory, adaptogen, antispasmodic, mild laxative, taste improver, anti-ulcerogenic, expectorant.
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) – carminative, spasmolytic, mild sedative, cholagogue, antiallergic, anti-inflammatory, healing, bitter tonic (appetite stimulant).
