Digestive Calm

A calming blend for the abdominal system with a careful blend of Fennel, Peppermint and other herbs used traditionally for their beneficial effect on the intestinal smooth muscles.

Some dogs with sensitive gastrointestinal systems may be quite nervous or anxious dogs, so we have included calming herbs of chamomile and lemonbalm in this supplement.

Composition: Marshmallow, Lemonbalm, Liquorice, Chamomile, Fennel, Peppermint, Parsley.

Parsley (Petroselenium crispum) – antispasmodic, diuretic, expectorant, antirheumatic, antimicrobial, carminative.
Marshmallow (Althaea officinale) – nutritive, demulcent, vulnerary, diuretic.
Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – anti-inflammatory, adaptogen, antispasmodic, mild laxative, taste improver, anti-ulcerogenic, expectorant.
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) – carminative, spasmolytic, mild sedative, cholagogue, antiallergic, anti-inflammatory, healing, bitter tonic (appetite stimulant).
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) – aromatic, stomachic, antispasmodic, carminative, expectorant, galactagogue, antimicrobial.
Peppermint (Mentha x piperiita) – carminative, antispasmodic, choleretic, aromatic, diaphoretic, antiemetic, nervine, antiseptic, analgesic.
Lemonbalm (Melissa officinale) – anti-depressive, anti-anxiety, anti-flatulent.
